PTA
Broadheath Parent Teacher Association
The PTA is a registered charity which raises money for the School.
It is run entirely by volunteers who are parents and carers of pupils at the School in association with the staff and pupils of the school.
It organises a number of fund raising events throughout the year, including the Spooky Disco, Christmas Fayre, Easter Bingo and Spring Fayre. The School has a limited budget therefore the thousands of pounds raised each year are used to fund things which the School can’t afford or to contribute to items to enable them to be purchased sooner rather than later.
The annual School Pantomime trip, book bags for new entrants and leaving gifts at the end of the year are all paid for using money raised by the PTA. Over the past few years the PTA has funded other things including:- a replacement interactive board, audio visual equipment, murals & refurbishment in the playground area and wet weather gear for Forest School.
Meetings are held throughout the School year and new members and volunteers able to help at the events themselves are always welcome!
The Committee for 2021/2022 is:-
Chair | Frankie Minton |
Vice Chair | Kelly Fletcher |
