School Hours

Broadheath CE Primary School and Pre-School School Day:

The school gate is opened by a member of staff at 8.45 am. Pupils then enter school through their designated doors. Pupils in Dove and Kingfisher class enter through their external doors. All other pupils, including Pre-School, enter via the side entrance and are welcomed by Broadheath staff. Children are able to access their classrooms as soon as the gate is opened. 

Pre-School is open from 9.00am - 3.00pm with a variety of sessions within this being available.

Reception and KS1 pupils:

Breakfast Club Pupils - 7.40 am

Gate opens 8.45 am to allow children indoors

Morning session: 8.55am - 12.00pm 

Lunchtime - 12.00pm - 1.00pm

Afternoon session: 1.00pm - 3.15pm

Key Stage 2 Pupils (Year 3-6)

Breakfast Club Pupils - 7.40 am

Gate opens 8.45 am to allow children indoors

Morning session: 8.55am - 12.30pm 

Lunchtime - 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Afternoon session: 1.30pm - 3.20pm

At Broadheath CE Primary School, the total time pupils spend in school each week is 32 hours and 30 minutes.

These hours do not include our after school provision (available to book until 5.30 pm) or any extra-curricular clubs held after school finishes.
